Today he is one of the country’s most sought after new-age design, branding and communications professionals with a body of work recognised nationally and internationally.

With a rich experience in the leading advertising agencies of India, Debdarsan has worked on nationally reputed brands in agencies like Everest Brand Solutions, Mumbai, Ogilvy & Mather, Kolkata and Rediffusion DY & R, Kolkata. These brands include reputed names like Castrol, ICICI , Radio City, Parle, Star One, ITC, Tata Steel, AirTel, Hutch, Eveready and more. Debdarsan wears many caps – both literally and otherwise, guiding the creative, organisational and servicing aspects of the agency.

Roshni Datta

Managing Partner

A founder member of the organization, Roshni has handled accounts across diverse sectors like Retail, Real Estate, FMCG and Industrial and has worked with major brands like Tata Steel, HDFC, Lux and more. A business graduate from Bond University, Australia she has a problem solving attitude. Travel, dance and poetry come second only to her passion for work.

Vikram Sengupta

Creative Director

Creative Director and versatile ideator, Vikram has over 15 years of experience in the leading ad agencies of India. He has worked in Calcutta and Delhi in agencies like Ogilvy, DDB Mudra, Rediffusion, FCB Ulka Delhi and Leo Burnett, Delhi. Clients he has worked for include Hero Honda, Bacardi, Whirlpool, ITC, Hutchison Essar, Airtel, InBev, McDonalds, Samsung, Kohler, Thums Up and other national brands. He has a silver Effie and numerous other awards to his credit. Vikram is crazy about dogs and is in his own words ‘barking mad.’
